About

ECO Sanitation, LLC is a private sanitation and waste management company based in North Dakota, United States, that was established in 2021 to meet the growing need for reliable local trash collection and recycling services in the Bismarck–Mandan region and nearby communities. Initially created to fill a gap in local waste management, ECO Sanitation has focused on providing friendly, community-oriented service for residential customers, commercial businesses, and industrial clients in cities such as Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, Wilton, New Salem, Steele, Sterling, Jamestown, and the surrounding rural areas. The company offers traditional waste collection options like curbside trash pickup and rear-load dumpsters for homes and businesses, as well as roll-off dumpster rentals designed for heavier waste and scrap collection applications. A key part of the organization’s mission is to make sanitation services convenient and accessible, including offering services such as Saturday pickup and flexible container sizes, which many competitors do not provide. ECO Sanitation was built on the principles of exceptional customer care, community involvement, and keeping its operations local — often working with municipal contracts and collaborating with city governments to ensure consistent waste removal and recycling schedules. Through mergers like the one with Armstrong Sanitation in 2024, ECO Sanitation has expanded its operational footprint while maintaining service continuity and retaining experienced staff. Although it remains privately owned and focused on its regional service area, the company continues to invest in infrastructure, customer service technology (such as online bill payment), and community education for waste reduction and recycling, strengthening its role as a trusted sanitation partner throughout central North Dakota.
