Caire Hotel and Restaurant Supply was built the New Orleans way – with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of grit. Founded in 1993 by Peter Caire, it started with nothing more than a hope, a dream, and a deep love for the city’s vibrant food scene. As Peter connected with chefs and restaurant owners across New Orleans, he realized how hard it was to find a reliable, one-stop supplier for quality equipment and small wares. Spotting a gap in the market, he set out to change that. From humble beginnings in his home to a crowded storage unit, and finally to the first full restaurant supply showroom in Mid City, Peter’s vision grew and so did Caire Supply. Today, we’re proud to be one of the largest and most trusted restaurant and hospitality suppliers in New Orleans, still fueled by the same passion for helping our community thrive.
